Emmy has been pursuing her love for research, data and digital media for over 6 years through work aimed at strengthening the progressive movement and electing Democrats. Emmy developed her passion for politics working on the political team for Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign. She then spent over 4 years working for Project New America, providing candidates, advocacy organizations and civic engagement stakeholders with the tools and strategies to understand and communicate with a rapidly changing world. In 2017, Emmy joined the Rob Quist for Montana team as the Digital Director. On this $6 million, 80-day campaign, Emmy transformed the deployment of a digital ad program, and guided the vision, production and execution of all online content for the campaign. Emmy is a graduate of Colorado College, a 2016 New Leaders Council Alumni and is proud to call Denver home. All of her experience reflects a true passion for fostering innovation within the progressive movement.
